Tata Motors is preparing to launch a new electric car, the Tata Curvv EV, in the Indian market. The company plans to launch both the EV and the Tata Curvv ICEV variants, which have been presented in concept form. The launch is expected to take place in August 2024. Before the Tata Curvv, Tata Motors had already launched several electric cars, including the Nexon EV, Tiago EV, and Tigor EV. The Tata Punch EV is scheduled to be released in January 2024.
Tata Curvv EV Exterior
The Tata Curvv EV will be a coupe SUV with a simple sloping roofline. The car is expected to feature LED headlamps with integrated LED DRL, LED taillights, and a rear LED strip. The front of the vehicle will have a charging port and be equipped with alloy wheels.
Tata Curvv EV Engine
As for the engine, Tata Motors has equipped the Nexon EV with a 40.5 kWh battery pack and the Punch EV with a 35 kWh battery pack. The Tata Nexon EV LR claims to have a range of 465 kilometres on a single charge. The Tata Curvv EV is expected to have a similar or greater range, thanks to its large battery pack and powerful motor.

The Tata Curvv EV is also expected to come with various features, including an infotainment system similar to that found in the Nexon EV and a new digital instrument cluster. The car may also feature additional airbags, a 360-degree camera, reverse parking sensors, and Level 2 ADAS.
